Instructions for creating a Certificate of Analysis
  1. Enter the catalog number not including the packaging suffix (P, S, V, X, C, Z, etc.)

  2. Enter the lot number. See the charts below.

    For catalog numbers 0100 thru 0999 enter the first 5 numbers of the lot number.
    Example What you should enter
    Catalog Number: 0335P 0335
    Lot Number: 335226 33522
     
    For catalog numbers greater than 0999 enter the first 6 numbers
    of the lot number including the hyphen (-)
    Example What you should enter
    Catalog Number: 01004P 01004
    Lot Number: 1004-012 1004-01

  3. Click "Add to List"
    • Hint: Create up to 10 certificates at one time simply by following steps 1-3.

  4. Click "Create Certificate(s)"

  5. Print Certificate(s) of Analysis
    • Hint: Create certificate(s) as a PDF document by using the "Adobe PDF" printer.
